About Us
Since 2023 we have been cooking the food of a Polish kitchen on the shore of Manabí — perogies, cabbage rolls, and hunter’s stew beside fresh Manabí shrimp and the catch of the day. Find us at Plaza Madre Tierra in Ayampe.

From the kitchen
Our all-day legend — juicy Angus beef, smoky bacon, melted mozzarella, pickled jalapeño, and toasted brioche, with crispy home fries on the side. Served 8am to 10pm.
